How long does Online Reputation Management Take
There are no hard and fast rules as to how long a campaign of neutralizing all search results for a client can take, but the schedule is generally measured in terms off at least a 12 month period. Given the amount of work involved and the rate at which the results of the work can be absorbed and translated into practical application by the search engine's algorithm, it is very rare that a job can be accomplished in less that that time framework.
Most time framework quotations specify that while a suggested time schedule is anticipated and serves as a realistically attainable goal, certain issues can arise during the course of the assignment which require an additional time commitment.
Every ORM campaign has two essential components:
A. The immediate remedial work required to neutralize all of the negative search results within a given search engine location (or page);
B. The long-term maintenance campaign required to prevent negative postings from appearing and neutralizing them if they do appear
